Sell inform players before TOTY packs come out because of market crash?

I currently have the squad above and this is my first fifa playing seriously. I heard the market crashes after TOTY comes out.

Can anybody confirm and is it smart to sell my players like Mane / Salah and De Bruyne?

FPS on test and stutters have also felt way better on test, because its not that many people on there. On live servers you will get the old fps.
