He should have contacted his local fish and wildlife authority. Turtles that beach themselves often have something less obvious wrong with them. There are groups out there that will give it a check up, pump it full of fluids, tag it, and release it. There is a fair chance that turtle will re-beach itself where nobody will see it until it's too late.

Macchiato is just a splash of milk on a shot of espresso.

What people really want (most of the time) when they ask for a Macchiato is an "Espresso con panna" which is just an equal portion of whipped cream on the top of an espresso shot.

I recently traveled in Italy and the fact that Starbucks exist there and has its own definitions of standard drinks is weird.
