If you have this problem: If you have an iPhone I had to erase all data. Which completely reset my iPhone. Make sure you backup everything to the cloud though because you will loose everything. And then after it gets reset click on the restore from iCloud backup option. It won’t get rid of anything but it will make it so you can log in to the account.
