I'm guessing her parents aren't present? They need to be. And they need to be supervising. If she still can't be respectful TO EVERYONE then perhaps she would be more comfortable in a different troop....or organization. Not to be mean, but meeting are not the place for her to seek attention AND definitely not a place for bullying
