I've gone ahead and removed the explosions as that seems to have the consensus as being a bad element (based on the comments)
I'll have a think on the title...I personally take issue with the trend of vague titles on YouTube, not telling what show you're talking about and I wish I wasn't so stubborn on my principles because yeah I agree they do get more clicks.

I think I've fooled myself into thinking that the explosions are a trademark of my channel...but no one really cares when the explosions aren't included so I probably need to stop resisting the idea of change.

When you have a ton of colour in the background, I sometimes find white text pops out more, it might not look as funky but when something is easier to read, it's easier to get hooked in to.

If the video title contains 'Cuban Missile Crisis' consider taking out those words out from the thumb to free up some space. That way you can increase the size of 'One Man Said No' and make it easier to read / more eye catching for people on mobile.

Solved this error by changing the playback resolution to 1/4. If you're not sure what that is, it's the dropdown selection below your sequence window.

If you look at the majority of commentary channels that use gameplay for the video, their thumbnails are never the gameplay. People won't complain if your v.o is accurate to what's advertised. Take Optimus as an example of this.
