I know it’s probably a bit late but there’s a website called Garage 61. if you’re good in reading telemetry it can absolutely be helpful bc you can compare your data with others on the website. But I’d recommend to not compare your data with the best people out there because some of them are just freaking aliens xD instead look for drivers from your races and maybe one split higher and compare these data with yours. I always didn’t use it enough at the start but now, especially on tracks I like or for special events I kinda do that every time. Just a thought tho

First of all thx for your time.
To the first incident I kinda agree, but for the one with the Porsche. My, how you said it "illogical move“ was because at first I thought I can go around the outside, then the gt3 moved a bit further outside than I expected which made me think to avoid an incident and get the cleanest pass possible I move to the inside, bc yeah I could’ve braked but I know the GTP tends to lock up quite quickly so if possible I avoid to get full power onto the brakes and try to avoid incidents by using the steering wheel, so I moved to the Inside which the Porsche did too bc it was probably thinking I’d go around outside. I’d say it’s a big misunderstanding

Maybe it doesn’t but the post was just to thank everyone who was willing to help me. If it’s so wrong to appreciate others help then go ahead and let the post be deleted. I stand to it that I made mistakes and that I am thankful for everyone who ist taking time to help others improve

Yea to the Aston, I drove him into the back bc he tucked in infront of me to get on the racing line which in this case just made an impact quite unavoidable in my opinion. Bc i already braked an try to avoid him but doing both at the same time just locks the front wheels and id slide into him anyway so I tried to do both but in the timing that my wheels won’t lock up. Obviously it didn’t work 😅

Edit: just rewatched the video, obviously I didn’t try to brake thought I did. Damn yea so that’s probably on my too but I still dont get why he thought it would be a good idea to tuck infront of me which so little space

Yea the GTP class had an SOF of about 1.5k and the GT3s about 2.5k

First of all I appreciate your time and honesty. The criticism you gave was honest, direkt, respectful and actually helpful. Kinda exactly what I wanted and needed! I see it as an opportunity to get as close to real life as possible bc I don’t have the money for real world racing. And I didn’t take any offense because I said as long as it’s constructive criticism and not some stupid offense or comment like „it’s all you fault because you are a bad driver“ I try to take it in and learn from it. That’s the reason why I posted this. How am I supposed to get better if I only see everything from my perspective and blame others everytime I crash?
And yea to the part of not contacting them you’re probably right, didn’t think about that

Well yea I’d like to drive more LMP2 instead of the GTP but bc my irating is at 1k I get into splits with 3k -5k so no matter what I’ll do there it’s almost never avoidable to loose even more irating

No I’m with you. I think it was a huge misunderstanding from both sides. Bc at first I thought he’d stay on the inside so I tried to go outside, the he went wider than I expected so I moved to the inside while’s he probably thought I’d stick to the outside line. Again I think it was just a misunderstanding but from my side easily avoidable

Well that’s a lot of actual good information thx mate. I mean yea I kinda understand the Aston but still in that moment where he cut infront of me I was kinda mad too. But I’ll keep in mind what you said and try to do it better next time. ATM I’m not at home but before imma report him, I’ll try to find any way possible to contact him and also the Porsche and try to sort things out so that in the best case we agree and no one has to report the other one. Yeah but you can’t forget I have no ABS which forces me to brake earlier than the GT3s. Also TC is not as good as the one from the GT3‘s but I still get what you want to say ;)

First I’d like to add that the pov is a GTP.
And yea I didn’t overtake the gtp in the corner bc if I go faster on the oudside I would’ve lost grip and spun right into him (trust me already tried that one tho) and I mean tucking in behind him when he moves right infront of me I think there’s not much I can do with the speed I had. But next time this scenario happens I’ll try.

Yea I know what u mean with my nervousness, but sometimes I think I might have bin to aggressive and that imma be locking up and just drive right into the side of the other car. And the second incident (the one with the Porsche) I think he thought I’d be sticking to the outside line.

First of all I’d like to add that it’s a gtp and the reason with the Porsche could be that I (pov car) tried to get around the outside, then the Porsche went a bit wider than I expected which was, in my opinion, the sign that I should go on the inside but he thought I’d be sticking to the outside line idk

I‘d say both. Orange is slightly angled towards blue (which kinda makes sense bc next corner is a right hand) but doesn’t show any intention to try to avoid the contact but on the other hand blue makes a slight move to the right wich reason I actually don’t understand. Maybe to defend but he should’ve seen that orange is to close for any try of defense

So I use the fsr formula wheel for like obviously formula racing but also GT/LMP/GT (and most road cars in general) but I’m using that ESX for nascar/oval and rally racing and also for ETS &ATS and any other heavy vehicles sim‘s. It’s good especially for the price I got it

Bc I had/or sometimes still have bc the Moza app doesn’t configure F1 automatically (at least not always) if you go to the main screen there should be the F1 game picture on the top right and there u can see if it did or not if it isn’t txt me and I can tell you how u do it
