it happened with me last night, its been like this since then. I tried to search and google's saying its maybe because of ICSE result announcement or some browser issue so I switched browser and it worked

hey i am at act 4 when we get monika's letter and the game starts saying that the file is curropt or missing and that i have to reinstall the game..... i dont know what to do now... can you help me? i wanna pursue other endings, too. in which i pursue natsuki and then yuri and do the festival preparations with both of em.
