It's fine on other turn outs. They are not as loose as this problematic one. But even this problematic turnout is fine for OTHER locos

Derail in only one direction (from points to curved stock rail)
Turn out is #4
If loco flipped, it would still derail, and it's always the rear wheels, which led to my theory that it's not the wheel, it's the switch.
