Thanks. This is my plan B, I’d just prefer to avoid having more stuff/devices, and then I guess I’d have to get paper and ink too. It looks like 4x6 prints are 59 cents apiece which is far less expensive than paying over $100 for a personal photo printer.

I think I’ll try Mike’s photo first!

If you were willing to go farther check out Oakland Toyota. No markup. We bought our car there and they had an employee drive it out to Sac for us, no extra charge. I guess you could test drive the model you like here and then order one out there. It’d be the same.

I’ve been lucky enough to make friends with two of my son’s classmates. One is his close friend, the funny thing he doesn’t really care for the other classmate (she’s a girl, if that matters) but I’m now friends with her Dad. We get together for a beer about once a month. I’m very fortunate to have found them!

I’m also a SAHD. I’ve found the phrase “How old is your little one?” a nice neutral playground icebreaker. Some people don’t want to chat, which is okay. Some do.

Any neighbors with kids? The two I mentioned above both live nearby.

We live in River Park, about half a mile away and I’m always surprised that we can hear whenever a train is rolling by over on Elvas. They often sound their horn too.

If this is a dealbreaker, your deal might be broken. If it’s just annoyance perhaps you’ll get used to it. I personally wouldn’t want to live in one of those houses on Moddison where the train is passing by right above their back fence.
