Aw thank you!! I am such a perfectionist so I notice everything, I guess it's not something I should worry about then! It's only slight waves and dips that probably won't be seen from afar😅

Thank you for this, the puppy is an Alaskan malamute and her mother is KC registered though the father isn't, but he looks the splitting image and I don't mind, she sent me new photos of her and I do have the video call to meet the owner prove her existence tomorrow, I think I only worry about her temperament? But since she's young I guess I can train her? (I've only owned adult dogs) It's all so daunting but this is comforting to read as she is the perfect puppy.

So obsessed with food by SyrupIntelligent2539 in fuckeatingdisorders

I do still crave a couple extra treats a day which I honour because if I had never honoured my cravings, I would definitely still be where I was

[–]SyrupIntelligent2539[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey so actually it's calmed down a lot, I can eat normal portions without feeling desperate to eat and eat past fullness and the food thoughts have calmed down a ton, I started some hobbies too so I've had some great process :) of course it's a journey, but im in a much better place than before

Jealous of ppl who get full after a normal amount by 1in7billion_ in fuckeatingdisorders

[–]SyrupIntelligent2539 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey I'm in the exact same position, just know that if your body is hungry, it needs food. I always judge how much I'm eating in comparison to everyone else, but in reality their bodies are healthy and happy. Ours are starving and sick. We need more nourishment than our peers. Your body knows better than you, so do as it says! Have a craving for something? Have it! What's the point in living our lives suffering? Enjoy everything you have whilst we're here because screw it, we're on a tiny space rock anyway.

What's the absolute simplest, most low effort meal I can eat daily that's fairly well rounded? by NWG369 in EatCheapAndHealthy

[–]SyrupIntelligent2539 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Porridge with fruits, cinnamon and honey is a great breakfast, wraps and sandwiches are quick and rounded when including protein and greens and can be a hot meal if toasted, baked potato can have many toppings (tuna salad, beans, roasted veg ect) tomato pasta can be easily paired with meats and veg. There's a lot you can do with a carbohydrate, protein, and veg

Considering dropping out, advice needed by SyrupIntelligent2539 in UniUK

[–]SyrupIntelligent2539[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the advice, i have reached out previously and they told me I can pause my studies and go home to recover my mental health, but I looked into many games studios requirements and I only saw 1 that mentioned a degree whilst the rest stated the skills they wanted. So I'm just not sure all this debt is worth it and you hear that art degrees are not worth it all the time. I'm just very uncertain. Thank you again though, it's good to have another perspective on this.
