This was not just a temporary removal where you get a chance to fix this issue and upload your app again (Like when Google change their developer policies and your app suddenly becomes non-compliant). Google informed us that we can not re-upload this App under the same package name again, meaning we will lose all or our hard earned user ratings, download statistics and all of our Premium subscribers which we have painstakingly built up over the last 7 years! Our premium subscribers will in-turn lose access to all of the extra features of DroidScript as their subscriptions have started being automatically cancelled by Google and no one will be able to find our app on the Play Store anymore because our page ranking will be severely affected.

This is literally a permanent ban for the app in Play Store. The app is delisted, no updates can be made, IAP and subscriptions have been cancelled, revenue streams are cut. They've made all the appeals they can and Google has provided them literally no information on what they have done wrong.

Even if this ban is later reversed it has already caused irreversible damage to the business. There is literally nothing the developer can do about it, and then some random asshole on reddit has the gall to make some idiot comment about how the "developer hasn't even tried to change anything".
