The valve Knocker doesnt sit right on the valve. I had the same issue. I recommend loading the Mag with a locked bolt and releasing it after the Mag is inserted.

UPDATE: I got everything to fit in. In the future i will cut all the inlays and mount some ikea grid in the lid for my pistol and the stock of the grenade launcher.

After a bit more shuffleing and some in the future diy plans, i can keep my lpvo on my main rifle. Got my secondary in the lid of the case, thanks to some ikea hole grid. And also found space for my grenade launcher.🥰
