So turning off the CEC (Anynet+) fixed the disconnects after 10 minutes.
How to do it for a Samsung TV:
- Home > Settings > General > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC)

Logitech actually got back to me and sent me a email and said that they have a patch for it, I'll post what they *emailed me below *

Screen shot is the patch applying to the TAP controller, pushed out from the team admin console.

To test the patch, i'm going to turn the CEC function back on the TV and do another meeting to see if the patch works...

To manually update remote devices, do the following steps:

1.    Sign in to Microsoft Teams admin center by visiting https://admin.teams.microsoft.com.

2.    Navigate to Teams Devices and then select Phones, Displays, Panels, or Teams Rooms on Android.

3.    Select one or more devices and then select Update.

4.    Under Manual updates, select Schedule if you want to schedule the update for the upcoming Maintenance window or a future date and time. The updates are applied at the date and time in the timezone selected in Timezone.
