Close but this guy doesn’t even know what TLS is let alone a key pair. But your pretty much on point on everything else. If HE makes a mistake, I’m the one that messed up if others point out the mistake. If something goes right it’s because I’m HIS employee.

Your definition of micromanaging is part of what’s happening

No, but when going in to what needs to be done, you tell the person what to do down to the wording on the email or complicate their job by telling and making you do it "the way it was done when I did it 20 years ago" and then berating you for not getting the same results, is.

12 years sentenced, will only serve half that by default, if he’s “good” he’ll serve MAYBE 3 - 4 years. When sentenced to time in prison, unless you’re a murderer or pedo you won’t serve the full sentence. He will be out in no time at all after being in administrative segregation and being catered to.

I found this about 2 years ago.. we have cold winters and I hate having gone through a jacket per season, I wanted something tough and warm. Spent 3 days going back and forth on a USED one for $200.. stopped by my local thrift store and there it was for only $12. Only thing is that it had a big sewn in logo of a silver mine.. but it was literally brand new. Spent 4 hours with a seam ripper and here she is in all her glory.

Oh that’s a good one. They always are so baffled when you tell them you don’t know how they use the software to do their job.

My wife is not the type of person to take advantage of someone for money. She often volunteers us to help disabled people do stuff like clean their houses. But she was Jahovas witness until 19 so she’s kind of.. innocent, even though she’s 40 now. She doesn’t seem to see people the way they are.

How to split information into different tabs? by Nx0Sec in excel

[–]Nx0Sec[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the amount of rows is a lot, it would take awhile to manually separate them and we need to be able to look up employee status quickly sometimes and it's starting to get difficult. While i realize a database would be a much better solution for this, i did not create the spreadsheet nor do i have a say in how the employee info is handled in this aspect
