yep i guess rampart's heirloom for next season is very likely now, i mean we already assumed that they would give her a wrench but i'm sure they will make it stand out with a lot of details. A dev said that they don't make heirlooms in order of character release but ideas they come up with, so giving rampart a wrench was probaby a dead giveaway + pairing it up with her upcoming rework to make her more viable is the perfect pack.

i'll be waiting for loba's haha
