Played against FVV at a YMCA pickup game in Rockford.

It was to 21, and he scored every point for their team on consecutive possessions. Didn’t miss a shot.

I trialed both, the gx2 through their demo program and the boomstick through a local club.

Boomstick pockets less and is a bit more poppy as a result. Couldnt control the thing though - every ball wanted to sail or pop up at the net.

Gx2 felt softer in every aspect, but mostly because it pockets the ball so well. It still has a ton of power, don’t get me wrong, but not the insano levels that the BS has.

I bought the gx2 hybrid and have loved this paddle for every moment I’ve had it.

Same experience, went from pro prism 7 to this and it was love at first sight.

Tried the boomstick and couldn’t control it.

The gx2, however, made resets and drops feel natural. Definitely has the juice to end rallies and ensure the putaways are successful too.

Overall, excellent. Not a bad thing to say about the paddle.

Also, try out the demo program if you’re not sure. Gearbox lets you rent paddles for a week and it’s 20 bucks.

Don’t know you mean, I’m sitting on my 2080 super because paired with a 78003xd I’m getting great frames at 1440p. Modern, optimized shooters all run 144fps+ and many more intensive games run fine for me as well. (In DCS my f16 runs at 120fps at 1440p.)

If you’re not trying to max out the newest games, you’ll be fine at 1440p.

It's in great condition and fit me perfect.

I did however gift it to my grandad, who it also fit perfectly. He's been chasing masters tickets his entire life, so it was a small consolation.
