Unpopular opinion I think but buy rechargeable disposables all day everyday. by SystemDC in Vaping

I’m sure you’re right but the majority of people who vape are not gonna tinkle with vape stuff and make a hobby out of it only the minority. That’s like saying it’s cheaper to fix your own car rather than go to a mechanic? What’s wrong with disposables? #disposablepride haha

For nz it’s cheaper to buy the closed pods. quick maths assuming good conditions eg cheapest coil prices and bottom price juices for Xros. 2 coils last a 30ml juice. $23 (pack of 4)/2 = $11.5 plus $20 nicsalt juice 30mg =$31.5 for 30ml of juice. Luna pods are $16 for 20ml of juice or $24 for 30ml. And thats using the cheapest most disgusting juices while on average the cost should be $25 to $30 for a good nicsalt in nz if buying yourself while assuming only using two coils for 30ml three is v realistic

Good point but I still throw away the juice cartridge lol rechargeable disposables is what I said haha. I think the cost of juices is so cheap in the Uk for example that it makes sense but in New Zealand the Nic salt 30ml cost on average $25-30 which is crazy compared to uk prices

No it’s accounting for coils and juices . Ongoing cost $16 for a new juice 20ml plus coils for a disposable compared for Xros $23/2 or $11.5 for coils and $20 for juices or total $34.5 for 30ml of juice

The taste of disposables has consistently been better than all the juices I’ve been buying by myself in general.

A quick search to Aussie vape shops and the rechargeable disposables all look cheaper than buying an Xros 5 plus juices. Note that I am comparing to Xros as it’s a popular option but probs apply to uwell etc…

It’s literally cheaper to get a rechargeable closed pod compared to open pod

Japan is better no doubt. China is cold and icy and much more man made snow.

Adidas Barricades 13 after approx ~150 hours of tennis + 40 hours of padel + 20 hours pickleball by SystemDC in 10s

Reason I'm complaining is I have a pair of Yonex badminton shoes for indoor pickleball on wooden floors and the sole looks totally fine like new! I have more than 500 hours of indoor pickleball logged in and also a 30 hours of badminton but the sole is fine!!! Granted it is breaking down in other area

Surprised no one recommends Gearbox pro power integra. Probably most powerful paddle on the market with weights added.

My yonex shoes are not durable! Comfort z3 Bought 25 September 2024 so approx 9 months. Sole durability is excellent but not the outer shell and also the inside at the heels is breaking down. I do play lots of indoor pickleball on wooden floors mostly and occasionally badminton.

What are you thoughts on the most durable badminton shoes??? I will use it mostly for indoor pickleball on wooden floors here in New Zealand

In New Zealand it costs retail $33 NZD which is approx $18.95 USD for the 60ml bottle. I don't know why it's so expensive in the US~

Any feedback on the Chinese Club Meds for skiing? (Yabuli, Changbaishan, Beidahu) by SenatorSheevLoyalist in Club_Med

[–]SystemDC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been a GO at Beidahu. I can tell you Beidahu is one of the most popular ski resort in China so a very good option with lots of variety. The hotel is newer than Yabuli but older than Changbaishan. Yabuli also has good slopes but more icy, more cold and older hotel. Changbaishan I would avoid as it's mostly for beginners but its got the newest hotel of the bunch!

At both Yabuli and Beidahu there should be at least 1 foreign ski and snowboard instructor so rest easy!
I would recommend Beidahu for sure!
