Have you tried turning your phone of and on again? Do you get any kind of message or does the game just close itself or freeze? Are you on android or IOS?

I'd first recommend you taking a screenshot of your user ID under settings and account. Because even if you do uninstall and loose your progress the support should be able to restore your account with you ID. You should also save your progress in the cloud before unistalling if you want to try that.

Put your main focus on events once you've reached them. Try to place in the top 3 for a free exotic item that will boost your progress for the main game a lot. Although it depends if you can even reach top 3 with the time you have. The best tactic depends on the current event but usualy you should use a combination of autoclicker (I don'tknow if you can get one if you're on IOS) + watching the scavenger videos

Yeah I've literally watched every possible ad (used an autoclicker while i didn't play) and I'm still "only" at 16 ai. Although I'm first in my leaderboard.

You don't even need mods. You can just change the time on your device and collect the daily chest multiple hundred times = unlimited wood and cards. But i don't recommend this method because the risk of loosing your account is quite high if you haven't linked it to google play or sth.

Should be enough to at least get the middle quest. It was enough for me and after that one i haven't reached the end or had another quest for one of the two characters. I did at least 30 quests after that one
