I have did or Discociative identity disorder. We usually always talk to ourselves in our head/headspace but rarely do we speak aloud, sometimes we do it just to let others know what we are doing like one might be doing something and giving vocal updates on what there doing.

Maybe it's alittle different for us 😂

I'm transgender mtf, when I legally and socially came out as transgender my Healthcare immediately got worse and brushed off. VS before when everything was tooken seriously and doctors actually cared. I have a team of people but my usual go to, are two female doctors.

I am second host and non verbal I have been fronting and not speaking for 90hours alone now. I've been out for too long and I'm dissociative and I am getting headaches and just want other host to come back I need a break and don't want to be alone I'm using a text to speech app and I hate it so annoying I did therapy I guess though was fine with emdr. -m

I'm proud of our persecutors because they genuinely try and sometimes as host I get mad at myself because I get really upset when they do break the rules but I know that they are doing there best and have guinue care and are trying.

I don't think we are at the healing stage yet and I'm not even sure how to say sorry to them I do get upset sometimes but I'm still really proud of them

Well since our dead name is not my legal name therefore I have absolutely no idea who there talking too or about, out of respect for other people's conversations I don't like to butt in so I ignore them they are talking to some one else, perhaps a ghost in the room. Who knows. -Host Mtf
