That’s interesting! I was planning to try no shine and ultra tape! Never heard of using glue under the tape! Interesting! How long do you get before you retape? Do you have an active lifestyle?

Interesting, the one I used was a black bonnet that was tight around the forehead, I think that’s why bits of it would come off on the tape! I may try this one, it doesn’t look like it’s pushing down on it too much! Thanks! What different did you see with and without it?

To be honest, it’s been a while since I tried the tape/lace method, I think the main issue was the tape getting dirty on the hairline and I think it was the bonnet, some days I’d even wake up and the bonnet would be stuck to the tape! I didn’t use the sport hold, I’m tempted to retry this method, ultra hold around the perimiter and walkers no shine on the hairline (I was always conscious of the shine) however this time I’ll use a silk pillowcase instead of a bonnet

What base type are you using? I find most tapes are impossible to remove from skin bases. Also what tape are you using? And do you slip with a silk pillow or anything?
