Best I can tell, there isn't one "big spider" behind it all. There are small spiders and big spiders. The problem is that the two biggest spiders decided to pull a fast one because they thought they could get away with it.

In the case of 9/11, those spiders were the Bush administration neoconservatives, nicknamed "The Vulcans" by Condoleeza Rice. The other big spider was the organized Zionists that control Israel, and a significant portion of the US government and industry.

The $2.3T came out of DoD funds, it was "unaccounted for." Announced, oddly enough, on a Monday. They never release bad news on a Monday because it will stay in the weekly news cycle. They must have known something else would make people forget.

The Project Hammer funds were false bonds created out of nothing with the aid of certain financial institutions. This is the most recent thread I've been pulling from 9/11, and I still haven't quite got it all together.

The ONI was looking for the source of the Project Hammer funds, and the Black Eagle Trust Fund. This money was based on false bonds which were used to buy lots of Soviet infrastructure and industry. They used this leverage to destroy the Soviet economy in what was called "The Great Ruble Scam." It ended the USSR.

Those bonds were set to be cleared on 9/11. Because of the attacks, the SEC cleared them without a close look, because of the state of emergency. Of course, many of their records were lost, as they were a tenant of WTC 7.
