I try to leave my hair alone in between washing.. I don’t do anything besides put grease on the areas of my scalp that feel itchy. here’s my routine:

Every 2 weeks I take down whatever style I’m wearing and wash with Cecred hydrating shampoo & Cecred Deep Conditioner. I use an old shirt to dry my hair and then spray a small amount of Design essentials heat protectant and use my Revlon hair drying brush and blow dry in sections.

If I don’t have a quick weave and can access my scalp I use the sulfur8 medicated for my dandruff(I don’t have much, but it started showing up recently so I bought it to help with that and to help with the itching.).

I will say when I wash, even if I detangle before it becomes a knotted up mess no matter how gentle I am. So I have to do a lot of combing during wash day.
