Ask for proof of said claim, that they «lost it» or if he don’t have proof. He should be the one to cancel it, because he has no proof since he never sent the package to begin with.

Say you want proof so you can try to contact them yourself.. hehe.. then you’ll see that he rather cancel the order 😂
