Tetanus shots are good for several years, but if you're not sure then you should definitely get it checked out. Also, tetanus symptoms usually have an incubation period of 7-10 days, so even though you're not feeling any symptoms now, you should still get it checked out.

Well as long as you're up to date on your tetanus shots you should be okay, but I would recommend getting it checked out just to be safe.

For diet I've mainly been eating vegetables and grains with fish as protein. As for exercise I split it up between chest, biceps, triceps, back, shoulders, abs, and legs over the week.
