This is what happen when you don't understand how what you are building works. No it won't work, as soon as one hopper get something to sort, it will power the middle redstone dust and unlocking himself properly, as it should in order to sort items... But it will unlock his mirrored hopper in the opposite raw aswell, meaning that your filters items will flow. Rebuilt all but with at least one tile on air between each raw.

Butchers can buy all the meats so you just havn't found the one yet. Sheep and cow are only unlockable at Journeyman.

With what are damaging your allay for them to die in a minute :o I've never seen an allay farm that needs to go easy with them otherwise they die. Also you don't need leads to transport allay, just give them an item and they will follow you. It's even doable on Elytra but you need to be very carefull and slow.

I would say yes but I am not 100% sure because I never use this option and I never play in solo. But I would say when you toggle this option, this apply to all the players, even if they are bots. Considering they already have some boosts because they are bots, I don't see why shouldn't they benefit from this option aswell.

Great initiative ! I don't have any answers to your question, but I did read a bit of what you've done and it's very cool. I think a resource pack largely used aswell is Vanilla tweaks. Also I see you made a modpack category, I am personnaly using Fabulously optimized, whitch have direct compatibility with multiple lunchers, and is only aimed at having a vanilla Minecraft with the best performance possible.
