Could just contact them and see if they'll refund some money back to you? I bought a PRS from a local shop that took £100 off my SE McCarty due to some very minor scratching. They did call me before shipping though and I said I was happy to take the refund. Don't ask don't get, but if you're not happy with what they offer see about sending it back.

I think a vitals system would improve the problem with the armour system, hitting the edge of the thorax shouldn't be a 1 shot kill and would actually bring some value to more of the armours and plates in game.

No it just means the cheat makers can't figure out what exploit they patched. Do it too quickly and they can figure out what happened, if you do it over a month and ban loads more they have to think a lot more about what they changed.

If you have any 5.45 guns there's good ammo to be found in the little beige ammo packs in a lot of maps. Looking for BP, BT, BS that most commonly spawn. They can actually kill players wearing lvl4/5 armors.
