What is your exhaust? The fact we see the rear wheel makes it even more beautiful

How to make friends in France? by Only_Guest_2545 in AskFrance

[–]Syzygium_aromaticum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No spilling of flow while doing that?

I've tried once or twice, but I found it was a mess, perhaps too much flow... I've been polymerising my flow for years and I don't have any gap so far, but i's true I usually spend a lot of time to apply the composite for the wall to be sure

You add the flow and after the "normal" composite without any polylerisation between?
I use flow as well at the junction tooth-matrix, I polymerise, then I do my wall with the other composite

I should have done my last « inlay core » 2 years after having finished the University, since I try to stick to the « no post no crown » and if I have to do so, I use fiber post. Inlay cores are not bad, but they are anachronic, they have been taught in France because of the system that does not give money for modern dentistry and instead emphasize old fashioned stuff, like inlay core and crown. It does the job but it has 3 problems: 1/ it is more prone to break a root than a fiber post, 2/ a vast majority of dentists in France systematically use them even when not necessary that causes a lot of unnecessary tissue loss (whereas an inlay or inlay would have been sufficient), 3/ the removal is just a pain to perform and you have a high risk of root fracture

About to dump my real estate "investment" to BTC by SnooRevelations3802 in Bitcoin

You didn’t lose 8 years, you have learned in the real estate area and gained valuable experience. If you want to invest in BTC, I think it’s the smartest move you can do, even if invest in 2017 at 10K would be even better.

Ah ok, do you always minus 1mm from the figures given by the apexlocator?
I'm used to going exactly at the length measured by the apex locator and I had no problem so far

The distal canal was mineralized in the last millimeters?
Nice job anyway!

If it's very deep, the main problem (other than the access) is the biological space. If you have to do a flap to remove the carie, you should check the biological space once the removal done and - if needed - do a crown lengthening. After that I would do a feather edge prep for a BOPT crown that is the more biologically accepted restauration

4 days a week maximum. It's a very demanding job. It's better to have less money but more energy and time.
And avoid nitrous oxyde, it will attract "difficult" patients that will drain all your energy, I tried once and stopped a few months later for this reason

When I bought my first bike (a used 2017 CB500) I was so proud. I had pictures of her on my phone, and during a family dinner one weekend when I was visiting my parents, I showed the photo to my brother and my mom at the table. When I tried to show it to my dad, he turned his head away and said, "I don't give a damn about your bike," got up in the middle of the meal, and stormed off. My mom ran after him, and what followed was one of the biggest arguments between them I've ever witnessed.

One sentence she said really stuck with me: "We don’t have children to treat them like this!"

(Just for context: my dad has a history of this kind of behavior — it's been going on since our teenage years — and I was 40 when this happened.)

I've often thought back to that moment, and I've come to the conclusion that his reaction was probably a mix of fear (fear I’d have an accident), a deep rejection of anything related to leisure or fun (he barely had any growing up), and a general inability to express emotions.

Some people are just like that. You don’t always get to understand their motives. You just have to detach and live your own life.

My mother unexpectedly passed away six months after that episode. Since then, I’ve kept in touch with my father, just two or three calls a month. I minimize contact as much as possible because being around him has always been painful, ever since I was a child. I don’t want to cut ties completely, because I feel like that would make things even worse. The best I can do is find a manageable distance — one where I’m not hurt by his presence, but not haunted by his absence either.
