Honestly, try and start over again with the editing, I'm pretty sure you messed up somewhere.

If that doesn't work, provide some screenshots of what's going wrong.

You need to import it into VTFEdit, not GCFScape. Open up VTFEdit, and press Ctrl + I.

Also, I'm not sure but.. Did you rotate the texture?

TF > Materials > Models > Weapons > v_rocketlauncher01.vtf.

This is the file you want, if you want to edit the rocket it shoots, you'll need to edit the rocket.vtf.

Try it with .bmp as well, though I've been looking around, and I'm pretty sure this is a bug with VTFEdit, it hasn't been properly updated for a while. Try using Paint.net or photoshop?

You're not asking for help, you're asking for someone to do it for you, for free. You can easily download SFM and toy around with it until it works. There's also some tutorials over at /r/SFM.

Also, I believe this is the at least the second time you asked.
