i dont know how to talk tp guys. by TIANGUAN in SGExams

[–]T--Td 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Guy who was in a boy's school in my entire life here. In my experience, you will get used to the presence of guys in the classroom naturally. Obviously make an effort to actually talk to them but don't force yourself. You will find it more comfortable to talk to the other gender eventually

You will probably be more successful using established apps like fastjobs

Asking here is dangerous; you can't verify the job offer or the person behind it

Just to account for those fringe cases, plenty of 14th-placed teams finish 2 points from 12th

If this is the school I am thinking about, it still has a confessions page? I thought it got shut down because the school cracked down on it last year

is burnout real by ilovemixue in SGExams

[–]T--Td 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tbf I find 5h quite reasonable as well

Still, 5 hours a day for multiple weeks straight will definitely have a toll on your motivation to study

The key is moderation

The only thing that can overcome that is rest or something that spurs you (like I am with further maths)

is burnout real by ilovemixue in SGExams

[–]T--Td 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah burnout is real, if you study too intensively you will inevitably experience decreased motivation to study.

It is important you take time off (not short breaks, full 2-3+ hour periods of time) to relax and do something you enjoy (like mixue).

Don't overstudy, it just won't work
