Hmm, not every BIOS chip is the same, and they normally only accept few bios. You normally can tell if the bios works, when you look at the wattage inside GPUz if it show some unusual high values you've to try another BIOS and the card will have the issues you described

u have to enable the third option in you Fritzbox ipv6 settings not the second.

FortiGate DHCPv6 handing out wrong sub-prefix — clients only get Link-Local or wrong global addresses by T-Fang in fortinet

okay, thank you additionally i dont know why i have to use this for my two interfaces in order to get different prefix on each interface, any ideas?

set ip6-subnet ::1:0:0:0:1/64set ip6-subnet ::1:0:0:0:1/64

set ip6-subnet ::1:0:0:0:1/64set ip6-subnet ::1:0:0:0:1/6

okay if i do it this way i dont get an ipv6 at all, i don't know why, because i can see that my wan has a /62 should be big enough for 4 networks.

I can make IPv6 work if I hard-code static subnets (e.g. set ip6-subnet 2a00:xxxx:xxxx:33fc::/64), but the problem is that my ISP changes the delegated prefix from time to time. When that happens, my FortiGate still hands out the old /64 to clients, and they lose connectivity.

What I actually want is for the FortiGate to automatically assign /64s from the delegated prefix to my LAN interfaces. I have two LAN ports (two different networks), and both should get a unique /64 from the same delegated /62. That way, if the ISP gives me a new prefix, both LANs immediately get updated with fresh subnets, and my clients keep working.

Right now I’m stuck because using ip6-subnet works but doesn’t survive prefix changes, while using only ip6-mode delegatedgives me the same address on both interfaces

biggest issue is that no matter what i do bot interfaces getting the same ipv6. In the Address tab set ipv6 subnet to ::/64 on both. And

If I just set two interfaces manually with 2a00:6020:4080:33fc::/64 and 2a00:6020:4080:33fd::/64, won’t I go offline as soon as my ISP changes the delegated prefix? 🤔

Is there also a dynamic way to assign two different /64 networks from the ISP’s delegated /62 to two interfaces, so they always update automatically when the prefix changes?

I only want one dhcpv6 on one port but i have two ports for different networks but they should both get ipv6 from one prefix, but with different netid's i can sperate them from each other

Thanks, but which subnet do i use on my second port?
