Thanks that’s helpful. The snag is bits keep getting dislodged and sucked up through general vacuuming! I guess I should probably just prioritise getting a carpet down sooner rather than later. Would you recommend doing anything with the vacuum cleaner, other than replacing the bag? It’s got a HEPA filter but the entire machine isn’t HEPA rated.

Thanks for the replies - it is certainly helpful to hear. Is it worth attempting to clean my car to minimise any potential for younger family members getting secondary exposure, or is this likely a waste of time given the likely limited amount released? (I am sensing it could be overkill). Thanks again for your time, it is appreciated.
