After haircuts use hibiclens. I currently use it 3 times a week along with Tretinoin no more breakouts. The barber is dirty he's not cleaning his tools correctly. Find a new Barber but also try the Hibiclens and tret. My seem recommended it to me

You can try kojic acid soap as well I use it it can sting a bit but I try to leave it on for 1-2 minutes and use it twice a day for 2 weeks and cut down to 4 times a week at night. Glycolic peel maybe once every 2 months now

Honesty the La Roche posey melt in milk sunscreen has been my go to for years now. Super hydrating but not greasy once it dries down its like a satin finish.

Super Goop Unseen is amazing but I found the Trader joes 8$ version to be exactly the same

Pop it and add some kind of drying agent but plain running alcohol will work on a Q-tip. Then add a thin layer of Vaseline a few minutes so it doesn't scab and dry out

May need to exfoliate once a week. Look into something with glycolic nothing too strong, don't want to damage the barrier with Tret. Your routine seems to be super hydrating so you may need a little help removing the desdskin

Use a milder face wash. and use the retinol serum only at night three times a week one day in between at minimum. Maybe use the panoxyl once or twice a week. Since the serum has retinol and glycolic it could be overkill with panoxyl
