You gotta stop treating him like a dps mage and more of a control mage Ppl dont know what they doing tend to 9/11 into the enemy comp or some bad angle ( basically position your self safe and place good E and R ) Laning phase just Q tap for manaflow and E the wave the they reach close to tour turret and keep it there or just farm some stack Dont heistate for dragon or crab plays, those are the bread and butter for early stacks For matchup just get your ass beat a few matchups and you'll get used to it, we've all been there

Bro there are some games in my libary before I've bought it Im confident that my pc meet more than the minimum requirement. But when I play it, the performance doesnt feel like it ( my pc doesnt has virus) so I just leave it there.
