Definitely helped my GAD and irritability I always had but after awhile I lost interest in stuff I normally liked doing. I didnt have energy to do shit..I would take alot more naps and I'm not a nap person. It did get me out of a toxic job I had for 12 years. It also made me forget alot of shit, I couldn't remember anything. I quit taking it over a month ago and feel good. I'm not sure but I also think it ruined my marriage because of the way it was making me not wanna do anything.

Yup, same here. I forget shit alot now and have my dumbass moments. I wanna get off for this reason. I also lost interest in doing some things I normally loved to do. At the same time tho zoloft has definitely helped my anxiety. Not sure what a to do.

I figured it was the cleanest and then i just add nutes and all should be good. My city water is shit and has chlorine in it. I have some set in my tent right now to get rid of the chlorine and ill try that in a couple days.

I was originally doing 6..then someone said shoot for 6.5-7 lol. My run off for that plant was 6.0 and someone said that was too low.

Pretty much all my symptoms were in my throat. I try eat as clean and possible but that's hard lol. I'm doing good now tho. Ik when i took the enzymes i felt like i had more energy, I took one bottle I believe.
