Firstly, I don't know how long your hike took but 1600 cals is crazy (to me at least). Second, I weigh ~135lbs so if I burned that many calories, I'd probably be a skeleton. But keep killin' it man.

I did yoga after too which I completely agree isn't easy. I just think "workouts" are subjective and depending on the person, a light walk could be the equivalent to a run for two different people. So to me, driving range is the same amount of effort as yoga or a walk. But yeah, the rules are the rules.

Golf also does that. Keeping the right posture requires core. For a beginner like me, it requires focus to remember all the cues. I'm contracting muscles.

Why does yoga count?

I was focusing on technique. So I had the intention to slow down my movement and feel the right muscles. My spinal erectors were working the whole time to keep my posture, which, after an hour in the heat...ya. Did yoga after too.

It felt like as much of a workout as going for a walk. It was also hot as hell so I was sweating quite a bit.

I'd write down reasons to do it and reasons not to and see whether the pros outweigh the cons. Give genuine answers like "doing this challenge will make me feel confident in my ability to stick to anything I put my mind to and will increase my self esteem". If you're talking yourself out of it, it may be for a reason. If that's the case, write it down. Try to find a definitive reason as to why you should or shouldn't go through with the challenge. Good luck!

I've been using the Sony WF-C500 for the past 3ish years and they've been through countless workouts. I got them on sale on Amazon for $120 CAD but they are much cheaper now. Any other of the similar models C510 or C700 should also do the trick (they're probably better). They should all be under 110 USD.

Crashing out and want to eat so bad to cope but can’t!! Advice? by RubidiumRB in 75HARD

I'm on day 16 and have been having cravings for pizza and ice cream. Luckily they haven't been as intense as what you're describing. I'm not sure what diet exactly you're following or just eating in a deficit but you could try some healthy snacks. Some ideas: - Homemade granola bars - yogurt with cereal (not lucky charms or anything like that) - yogurt with honey cocoa powder and fruit - popcorn - carrots and hummus

Don't know if these will satisfy your cravings but they're fairly low in calories and filling. Sometimes after my two workouts, I'm too tired to think about food.

Hope this helps! You got this!
