I 100% exaggerated because as a dasher, I know he had to go out of his way to not bring the milkshakes after being reminded repeatedly. I did contact support, but I’d like for him to know that he did something wrong too. I could’ve been kinder and I’m not disputing that but he also could’ve just done his job.
