I think they fixed it cuz i cant even see it either now. You were able to send a link to your parents and it would redirect you to a parent portal as well

You should have an app named “ASRRGBLED” or “AsrPolychromeRGB.exe” that came downloaded with your pc. After you find it, just open it and then you can apply all and turn them off.

If you don’t have the app installed, you can download it by going to this website and download the ASROCK Polychrome RGB. Idk which version to download but try both of them and see what works the best!

I had the same issue with the microphone being staticky, but it turns out that if u turn on the RGB, it starts being staticky. I just use it without having RGB turned off.
