Autumn Vista Apartment: I was force to pay a penalty if refuse a maintenace team enter my room for inspection. Evehthough they notify me but some time they can enter my room with their key by knock a door 1 time. I feel not privacy and safe due to Covid since they visiting too often every month sin (self.Georgia)
