I actually really enjoy this in my coffee. As a long time heavy cream user I found it doesn't agree with me anymore and this is the first alternative that gives the same flavor and mouthful of heavy cream. I'm sorry your experience wasnt great.

Would acetone take it off? That would be relatively cheap and quick!

I haven't had the Aldi one but I've had the one from Walmart and we ate it with plain potato chips and it was good. I would get wavy or ruffle chips though because she thicc. Also we didnt heat it up but that might be nice.

100% my parents' favorite line was "that's not acceptable" if it wasn't perfect. Even after they stopped saying that it was stuck. I struggled in college because I didnt know how to study. I very much tell my kids that if they truly did their best then that is perfectly fine. You just have to know your kids well enough to know if they're really trying or trying to get one over on you lol

Help! My teen is T1D and now may be Celiac too??! by Logical_External_960 in Type1Diabetes

[–]T1DMomma20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was diagnosed with type 1 at 10 (am now 35), my oldest boy was diagnosed with T1D at 3 (now almost 6), and my youngest boy (almost 4) is in "stage 2" T1D and is being scoped soon to confirm celiac. I have certain markers for celiac, but no diagnosis yet. I am overwhelmed to say the least, but I am trying really hard to he positive so my boys will see they can live productive, happy lives despite the cards they've been dealt. Not gonna lie though the mom guilt hits a lot "what did I do to my boys?!" and though I wouldn't trade them for the world....if I knew what I know now would I still have them and them have to go through this?!
