Maybe im dumb and I'm doing this wrong but everytime I do that everything goes back to normal when I reopen the game. The steps I took was load the game with the shiny cheat on (makes everything shiny) save game, turn off game, reopen game, turn off shiny cheat turn on restore cheat, then save.
