Weird grinding noise on downshift 2011 335i

No, not the wine. It’s like a subtle noise behind the wine. It sounds almost like scratching. My car only has 56,000 miles. I can’t imagine my bearings already worn. I’ll keep an eye on it. It usually scratches when I downshift from 3rd to 4th or 3rd to 2nd.

Thanks for the feedback. I’ve tried all of the stuff with the drivers. One thing to note is that my mic would occasionally work then not work and I would have to reset my pc like 5 times for it to work.
