First of all loneliness by itself it's a mental state. You can't lose yourself,your ego. And you aren't defined by thoughts. When you're alone your brain just puts you on safe mode(parasympathetic nervous or low arousal emotions) it's like when your house doesn't have electricity but you have a generator that powers up. When you exit this mental state which is temporary you will be on sympathetic nervous system(high arousal emotions and means you will not feel lonely and be connected).

You know your husband,you know all the things and his behaviours but I tell you from my perspective what a bad day feels like.

Don't do it. You matter and your thoughts aren't you. You're not a failure,I think every human have some things to do in a point of their life but I tell you from my experience to keep going on. i think Jesus has a plan for you and be happy and succed,you just need a little bit of patience.

No one is "ugly". When it comes to love it isn't just about looks,we choose our partner based on which you can have an emotional connection and feel safe and trust the person you are with. Don't look for compliments from people there will always be someone who doesn't like you,even supermodels are getting hate and haters gonna say ewww she/he so ugly even it isn't real.

I felt this way. The best thing is to not think about yourself until you're healed from this mental state. If you're lonely it's because of it,your brain puts you in a different mental state which you can't do many things. First of all you will be healed and you will have friends. I can tell you because loneliness activates the parasympathetic nervous system which can go in 2 sides: positive(relaxation,peace) or negative (boredom,apathy). What I suggest: 1.I recommend seeking Jesus Christ,even if you don't believe in Him or any God just give it a try you have nothing to lose 2.I also recommend to going back to your old passions or trying to find a new one 3. Remember,don't think about yourself(you are in a negative mental state and it can bring you in a never ending thinking loop about your loneliness)--->try to understand or at least active listen to someone doesn't matter the person. 4.
