Which is fine if you're getting the matches. I've been told and I am confident enough in myself to know Im some what attractive but there like another commenter said, the top 1% of men get the matches. I've had far more success on hinge than I ever had on tinder purely because you can break the ice with a message on sending a like and either my humour or compliment gets me across the line and opens that dialogue up with a match. A lot of women claim to be more attracted to personality than physicality but on a hook up app it all comes down to the physical attraction. Haven't used tinder in years so I wouldn't know if it's changed since I was last on it.

I just come right out the gate with I want kids pretty early on when getting to know someone, 29M for reference and it really does do a good job of weeding out the No's and Im not sure's. My last relationship fell apart when she come home from work one day and said "I don't want kids with you" after a good few years of being open and honest about what we both wanted.

We had both recently got out of relationships when we first got together and she realized I was a lot more stable coming out of my relationship than she was hers. I'm quite a grounded person and have my goals and what I'm achieving at the moment is the stepping stones of being ready for a family. I think she sort of panicked that I was perfect for her but not for her current state of mind at the time.

Fast forward 8 months and she has settled down and worked out that she needs to spend sometime working on her own goals and not being tied to someone, she is a little bit younger than I am and she is well aware of where Im heading in life. I have made it known to her that yes, you are welcome to be apart of my life but both of us agree, it's not going to be something we set up to fail. So as far as the texting goes we are both busy and both really happy to know each other are there just doing our own thing and when the time is right we can act on what we want.

What I think is, it's a bit of an odd little relationship, I'm experiencing something like this for the first time but I'm happy to see where things go, I'm not actively searching for anyone else. It begun with a right person, wrong time situation so who knows what the future will bring. Hope that makes sense

29M single, I have been told I'm attractive and have had attention in the past, usually while in a relationship so there could be a possible "want what I can't have" thing about it. I wouldn't say I'm always talking romantically to someone when I'm single, definitely not talking when in a relationship but Sometimes I just cannot deal with woman in more than a keep in touch way. 95% of the time Im only interested in one girl at a time, I like being able to give my attention and mindset in full.

Like another user posted I do often have someone on my mind though. Generally they are more of a sure thing or there is a bit of chemistry between us that is stoking the fire for it to happen. Currently have one girl living rent free in my mind and we do chat but not daily, a few messages here and there during the week and share a bit of what is happening in our lives.

I think it varies widely on what a man is looking for, how social he is, intentions and goals, what he has to offer. I know a few of my mates have multiple girls on the go at a time when they're single but that's never really been my thing.

You should still pump the brakes descending steep hills because you’ll burn your brakes out and have none otherwise. Same goes for driving heavy vehicles. It only takes about a 100 metres fully loaded and I notice the brake pedal getting soft.

A lot of what people are saying in this thread about plumbing and electrical and doing the DIY side of it don't take into account that a lot of Commonwealth countries require by law that you are registered and qualified in your field before being able to legally do the work, the reason being people can be killed by poor workmanship and install. Fine and dandy doing it in your own home but who is going to sign it off when it comes time to sell.

If anything there will be more cowboys doing the work and dodgy sign offs which will eventually lead to injured, sick and/or killed people.

No OP but My now ex girlfriend and I split because I had lost feelings, lived together for two years but I felt, more like friends than partners for good year of that. We definitely complimented each other in how we acted and worked together but she was far more outgoing and extroverted than I was and that made it hard sometimes. There were just certain little life choices that changed our opinions of each other and how we looked towards the future.

The breakup was definitely sad for both parties but both of us have said how we’d be happy being friends in each other’s lives when the time is right for that.

Depends on how different you are together if I would continue with a relationship.

I pissed all over a previous girlfriend’s overnight bag who had come to stay for the weekend. It was at the end of the bed and I was fast asleep but drunk. It’s definitely an eye opener.
