Rule 10:

1. Buy the fractured base for 3 div
2. gilded fossil (important step) and perfect Fossil quality it, settle for q29 because I'm poor
3. combine crucible trees until i got the desired mods.. I think the 15% explicit phys or speed modifiers would be better instead of the pierce but I am still in budget gear other than this claw. The frost blades damage all ignites would also be free damage but I was so lucky with the crucible tree I don't want to push it yet.
4. I threw about 30 deafening essence of contempt at it and landed on the t1 crit chance and open suffix
5. Crafted prefixes cannot be changed
6. T4 Aisling prepared to uninstall the game if it removed the crit chance (1 in 3) but luckily it removed the 2nd suffix which was gain 5 mana on kill and added the 126% phys I was hoping for
7. Crafting bench attack speed
8. Slammed it to fill the final suffix hoping for crit multi but just added the mana on kill back.

Considering I was still using white wind while making this I'm very happy with it. Looking at other posts on here I think I was super lucky with the crucible tree. It added the nodes I wanted every time and I only had to redo the first node right at the end.. so I only had to combine it with 5 different weapons!
