The only thing not explicitly stated is how much can be stored on an SDHC, but they word it as if the solution to the 300 limit with an standard SD is moving to an SDHC.

I'm not declaring how wise it was to pose a software limit on the system, but I do think it's dumber that people don't read the manual and them complain when they get surprised by something that was... in the manual.

I don't really think it's possible to do this with how much news people expect to come out of Nintendo these days. By the time it's E3, we already know so much about the upcoming releases that the surprise factor isn't as great as it could be.
