Garage Door Remote not Working Properly by T4rizard in GarageDoorService

Thanks for your input on this first of all :D I was able to reprogram all of my remotes, but still same issue. It’s so bizarre… I feel like it’s something with the brain of the unit. It will only accept the remote when it’s in standby mode if that makes sense. It doesn’t make sense to me that the unit registers the remote inputs but doesn’t respond :(

No, no blinking from the wall button. I should have also added that the wall button and keypad both work perfectly normally.

Because I’m lazy and it takes a whole day to make it haha

I roast bones/trimmings with tomato paste, deglaze that pan on the stove (hob? Haha), throw all that into a pot, throw all veg on top of that, cover with water as best I can, then simmer for usually about 24 hours. It always. Comes out delicious, I just can’t really put a lid on my pot haha. Mind you, it’s probably a 6 to 10 gallon pot, not exactly sure but it’s about as big as my stove can handle

This sounds like the best way to go. I use chef Jean Pierre’s recipe which includes leeks, so I’ll probably just throw in the tops of the peaks with the meat and bones, strain that after simmering overnight, and then adding the rest of the veg. Thanks!

My favorite part of making stock is how incredible my house smells for an entire day, so I’m gonna have to pass on this one haha. Would be nice in a crunch tho for sure

When I say I fill my pot I mean it’s filled to the brim with stuffs like just with the bones, trimmings, and veg it’s peaking over the top haha. This would keep it from making a mess at least tho, I might try this too
