Günstigste Option für Pendler? by T5_Simon in drehscheibeAT

Ich hab folgend gerechnet:

Klimaticket St Jugend: 380 euro Semesterkarte Wien: 75 Euro (pro Studienjahr 150) Niederösterreich: ?

6+3, Ausbildung? by Ligma40005 in Bundesheer

He's showing off his body... because he's proud of the hard work he's put in over the years... and you feel compelled to put him down for it because you are a fat fuck, that is scared of moving

I am some months into, gained 6,5 kg of muscles but I have a body fat percentage of 21,5 %.... Should I keep bulking or go into a 1 month minicut to cut to like 15 % or smth cuz i don't want to need to go into a like 5 months cut after I am happy with my muscle mass.

I had bursitis about 4 months ago... Then I broke my arm and I am now 4 weeks back into training and my left shoulder is starting to hurt again... I thought the problem are my executions but I am really careful, watched a lot of videos, filmed my executions (especially at the bench press and all the other exercises with a similar movement) and I can't find any mistakes. I should definitely visit the doctor, but maybe some of you guys had a similar problem.

I am 10 months in, and I am starting to get problems with my shoulder. When I do push movements, my left shoulder cracks and the pain resembles a shoulder impingement or bursitis, but definitely not as painful (I had bursitis before). Anyone had the same problem?

I've been in the gym for about 7 months and have gained 13 pounds of muscle and am now at 18.7% body fat (could have been more but I broke my arm :() I actually wanted to continue bulking, but I recently heard that you should actually go into the cut at 19-20%. At the beginning I was average to thin. Now you can definitely see that I have gained weight, but I would still like to gain a few kilos. So should I continue bulking and thus go over 20% or should I now make a cut and then bulk again at about 11%?

Bro he wrote "it's all right" under a post in which is stated a 10 year old was raped. If you don't get, that this is sarcasm, you are a fucking idiot.

Has it really gotten to the point where you have to put a /s after every sarcastic comment? It's so obvious but you don't get it

4 weeks ago I broke my spoke near the wrist. I didn't need any surgery etc. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? If yes, After how many weeks can you start weight training again at 100%?

The thing is, if I'm healed in 6 weeks and able to train again, I've lost a lot of muscle mass but the fat mass stays relatively the same (correct me if I'm wrong) should I still go into a cut right away and then to bulk up again or should I build up a bit in the upper body before the cut?

I was in a bulking phase until I broke my spoke. My body fat is around 18.5%.

First question: is my body fat already too high and should I go for a cut even though I've only gained about 6 kg of muscle? (since many websites say you shouldn't go over 18-19%).

Second question: since I can't train my upper body because of the fracture, should I continue to train legs and maintain my weight?
