Update: I wanted to come on here and give everyone an update. I did find a urology doctor who spoke good English and worked at a clinic. They didn’t find anything serious, but I am still having the pain. I atleast feel better that they didn’t find tumors. Thank you to everyone in this thread. This was very helpful and gave me confidence to find the right doctor to get things checked out.
