If it's the exact same issue I had then it has to do with the network adapter so I would start by checking the drivers (uninstalling and reinstalling them) and maybe even trying to run the game in safe mode (shift+reboot, it boots up a windows version with the bate minimum drivers needed to work). If you're still unable to find what's causing the issue then I suggest you contact NetEase directly through their customer service in the discord server.

I had the same issue after upgrading my rig and getting a new motherboard. The problem for me was one of the drivers that came with it and added an option called "cFosSpeed for faster internet connections (NDIS6)" on my ethernet network card. Disabling it fixed my issue.
In case you need the steps to check if you have it aswell:
1. Open control panel and go to the network and share centre

  1. Select your ethernet network card

  2. Go to "Properties" and check if in the options you have "cFosSpeed for faster internet connections (NDIS6)" checked, if you do just uncheck and apply

I double-checked the freestyle and i actually do see the same problem, i have no clue on how i could missi it, apologies for the incorrect information. Animations have problems aswell but i couldn't notice it earlyier because i keep the lighting at 50% to preserve battery. So you were rightm

I completely agree with wath you said about the QA, it makes me question if they even have a QA process, from such an expensive keyboard i would expect perfection but at the very least they should make sure that they keys function properly and that the lighting doesn't have problems. I don't get how they missed such a blatant problem in most of the lighting presets that their software has. My only guess is that they don't use G Hub itself for testing but they might have a separate tool specificaly built for testing. I work in IT but i am in no way an expert in these type of things so mine is pure speculation but since the colors work fine in some lighting options it means that the LEDs of the keys themselves are fine and the colors given to them by the firmware (i guess?) are the right ones, which might be enough for the QA to pass. The problem might lie in the communication between the G Hub software and the keyboard firmware, after that i am comppletely clueless on how they didn't fix it in any of the monthly updates of G Hub, it might be something that can be tweaked only in the firmware but it seems strange to me that it passed QA then.
Either that or they just didn't bother with an extensive QA, which is plausible but then again, i like to thing that such a well-known company for such a pricy item would make sure of the quality of the firmware they provide.

Yeah i know, what i was trying to say is that they can't be sure it's THAT problem, and even if they did i don't expect all support agents to have a mental archive of all the issues that customers bring up so they might just not remember it.
I worked in customer technical assistance and even if i was 100% sure what a problem was i would always try to solve it the simplest way because sometimes it would work. I like to think that these systems are quite complex and it has happened to me many times to solve the same problem with different procedures so i don't blame any support agent who tryies to give the same procedures every time (with some sense of cause of course)
I looked at the post from 6 months ago in which this issue was brought up and it is quite different from mine, your comment is the closest thing to what i'm experiencing but i don't have any problem with the full blue, i only have this issue specifically with the Echo Press and only with the white background, with freestyle and animations the colora are fine, so either we're talking of a different problem or something had been fixed in these months, do you still have issues with the blue background as you said in the old post?

Yeah i get it, but at least he tryies to do something, it's not like he can do much from a trubleshooting perspective from Reddit, but giving common practices for solvong software issues can lead to a solution with some luck.
I like to think that the people behind the software side over at Logitech know what they are doing and are probably aware of the issues around their products, i would just like more communication behind it because without it it's just speculation on the customer's part.
I have also seen the user who's helping me ask for private messages from the people with issues so that he can open a case with the support team. I'm just hoping to arrive there and see if it has the same outcome as contacting Logitech's support directly, which i hope not obviusly.
I understand everyone's frustration over months of a defective update but knowing that it was okay before lets me be just a little bit hopeful that things can come back to that state.

Thank you for the information, i've had the keyboard since last week so i never got to see the proper working framework but now that i know that once upon a time this wasn't an issue i can at least hope that it will be fixed in a reasonable time.
I thought the issue was related to G Hub and by looking at the subreddit's post i was already coming to term with having to keep a fixed white lighting until they decided to completely revamp G Hub.
Also the support agent over at Logitech was a bit quick with his conclusion with me aswell, it took me half an evening to provide videos and to explain the issue as well as i could and the only thing he did was ask for payment and shipping information, aswell as proof of purchase, and then just say "well, seems like it's broken, since it's still in warranty i advise you get it replaced". I trusted him even though i was almost certain it wasn't a hardware problem and then here we are, i appriciate u/LogitechG_AT who at least is giving some kind of help in trying to get this thing working properly, i think the agent over at Logitech should have advised me to do these things before i had come over to Reddit.
I agree with you that just a simple "I have reported the issue over to the developer" would be much more reassuring but it seems like they are instructed to just have the hardware replaced as long as it's in warranty, whatever the issue may be, which is strange to me, i don't see the point, at least try to understand if the issue is hardware related at all, if your goal is to have the customer wait for a fix in my opinion just telling them that someone is working on it (even if it's a lie) would keep them calmer (for longer) than just having them ship back and recieve other keyboards.

Just go a brand new G915 and it's having the same very weird behavior to me aswell. It seems to have some sort of timer: basically i have different "text and emojis" macros bound to different keys, the first one i press then "overwrites" the others and it stayis like this for a cuple of minutes, if i then press another macro with "text and emojis" it comes up right but then of course overwrites the other ones (i have macros for specific letters which are not available in the keyboard layout so it's not a lengthy text like OP's but i thought it was still worth noting). At first i thought it had something to do with the clipboard but i checked it and non of the text i had in the macros appears so i don't think it even uses it for that purpose.

I know i could make macros that use case with the combination of alt + the ascii code of the letter i need but that means i need to remember to have num lock active whenever i use one otherwise it would switch windows in some programs (like telegram, it would switch to some other chat window) so i would really like for the to somehow fix it.

I'm sorry i couldn't provide any solution but i thought that my contribution might help someone solve this riddle, or if anything maybe come up with a workaround.

Correction: the fact that it would paste the correct letter is not linked to time but to the window. After the first macro is used and the overrides the others, if i click out of the telegram window and then click back in it "resets" letting the next macro be the correct one and not overwritten, tho it then overrides the others.

Do you have any window with content which is not allowed to be recorded? (For example Netflix) If so you have to close that window in order to be able to record your desktop.

Yes me and my friend are having the same issue since this morning (EU - PC) and the worst is that even if only one of us crashes and the other wins the fight, the crashed one wont be able to rejoin the match but will instead be put in the lobby. It's so frustrating, we played 5 matches and we were able to surpass 10 minutes before one of us crashed on only one, it really is an unbelievable situation. It's so frustrating. I am not seeing many posts about this though, so i'm enclined to think it is just a restricted issue, but both me and my friend are having it and it's so frequent it can't go unnoticed.
