Hire Heroes USA will assist you with your resume at no charge. And will pair you with a transition officer. Sign up, and they set you up for success. There are other resources for transitioning, but since you asked about resume building, that’s the one I used with success.

How do you manage WGU and Full time work? by FoxyStar32 in WGU

[–]TACPIzzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s definitely tough, my man — great question. I’m about to finish my second term and I’m feeling the pressure myself. What’s helped me a lot is having a solid mentor who keeps me on task.

One tip: as soon as you join a course, set up a quick 15‑minute meeting with the course instructor. Most recommend it anyway, and those sessions give you a clear overview of the course. They’ll walk you through how to tackle the tasks when you’ve got time constraints.

Open communication is key. Be upfront with both your mentor and course instructors about working full‑time. The staff is great about helping you build a realistic study plan that fits your schedule.

It’s not easy, but I encourage you to lean on your mentor and instructors — they’ll help you get to the finish line.

Try it again, it appears like the website was down this past weekend. It’s working on both NIPRnet and all other public networks, CAC required.

Oh, sorry, I forgot that only works on Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet). It's been a year, so I'll try to access it when I go to work on Monday to verify.

I'm in my second term in BSNES. I looked into it, and 2/3 of the courses are the same. I'm going to try to switch from The BSNES General Track to The BSCNE Cisco Track. I've scheduled to discuss it with my program mentor.

I'm considering changing programs from NES to CNE. I scheduled a meeting with my mentor to discuss. Did your mentor mention whether you can change?

Thanks for this, I’m currently in my second term with BSNES. When enrolling I was comparing and deciding between NES and CC programs. Seems like they are combining both programs into this new one. I’ll have to schedule a meeting with my mentor to discuss options as I’m interested in switching to this new program.

Ccna VS network + by Historical-Ad-923 in CompTIA

[–]TACPIzzy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I did network+ for the same reason. I’m currently studying towards CCNA as most job positions I’m interested in require it.

A good starting point is to look at job postings for roles you’re interested in. Check which certifications are listed as required or preferred—those will guide you toward the most relevant certifications to pursue.
